Process:

  • Gather history of symptoms

  • Refer and confirm with PCP/MD to get physical and neurological exam

  • Complete standardized questionnaires and score

  • Complete a comprehensive report justifying diagnosis

  • Provide results and treatment recommendations

Time Investment for the both of us

  • Initial Assessment Session: understand why someone is seeking formal testing/evaluation

  • Sessions 2-4: Gather history and symptoms, understand why someone is coming in for this specific goal 

  • Sessions 3-5: sit with client to complete standardized questionnaires (confirm client has had or is schedule with PCP for general physical and general neuro exam)

  • Session 6: Provide results and treatment recommendations,

  • Total clinical hours outside of session that will be included:2-4

  • Totalling 6 live sessions with the two of us plus extra work outside of these to gather the full picture. Can be done in 6-8 weeks total give or take

Cost

$2500 (can be paid in installments, 2500/6 is $417 per session)

This pays for

  1. The therapist time and dedication to your assessment

  2. The cost of the questionnaires and evidenced based scales we will use

  3. The outside of session time it takes to score the questionnaires etc

  4. The follow up with the doctors

  5. Creating a comprehensive treatment plan for you
